At Renascence House, we believe every mother deserves a safe place to land and the dignity to rise. We lead with compassion, not judgment—providing not just housing, but community, support, and real opportunities for long-term stability. We believe in second chances, holistic care, and the transformational power of being seen, supported, and safe.

Each resident receives access to:

• 🛏️ Private or semi-private furnished room
   
• 🪑 Beds, dressers, seating, and child-friendly setups (cribs, safety gates, etc.)
   
• 🍽️ Shared kitchen and dining area with assigned pantry/fridge space
   
• 🧺 Shared bathrooms and laundry facilities
   
• 🧽 Shared housekeeping responsibilities to keep common areas clean
   
• 🤝 Shared childcare rotations among resident moms and volunteers
   
• 📶 Free Wi-Fi, utilities, and weekly supply restocking

• Safe, fully furnished private or semi-private rooms
   
• Family-friendly environment with child safety in mind
   
• Shared community living with structure and support
   

• Shared childcare rotations & on-call childcare assistance
   
• Parenting classes & family bonding activities
   
• Emotional wellness check-ins and peer support groups
   

• Goal-setting and personal development plans
   
• Financial literacy workshops
   
• Resume building, interview prep, and job placement support
   

• Referrals for therapy, counseling, and medical care
   
• Support navigating insurance, benefits, and care access
   
• Substance recovery support (if needed)
   

• Group meals, celebrations, and wellness events
   
• Volunteer-led workshops (nutrition, creative arts, etc.)
   
• Leadership opportunities within the house community

Our staff is accessible 24/7 to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care needs.

• Single mothers or pregnant women with custody of at least one child
   
• Currently experiencing housing insecurity or unsafe living conditions
   
• Able to live in a shared community environment
   
• Willing to participate in programming and shared responsibilities
   
• Committed to personal growth, parenting, and long-term stability
   

1. Submit an interest form or call (281) 826-2116
    
2. Complete an intake assessment (phone or in-person)
    
3. Provide basic documentation (ID, birth certificates for children, etc.)
    
4. Receive placement decision and move-in date
