Being a mother is hard. Being a mother in transition? Even harder. That’s why Mommy & Me was created. Offering a safe, supportive housing program designed just for moms and their little ones who need a soft place to land. Whether you're overcoming homelessness, reentry, or just life hitting too hard, we provide more than just a roof. We offer community, resources, dignity, and hope.
